Outside Medicine Policy
Only prescribed medicines from our formulary are used during IPD stay unless the treating doctor approves an exception in writing.
Generic Alternatives
We stock WHO-approved generics alongside branded medicines. Pharmacists can suggest lower-cost equivalents when appropriate.
Prescription Required
All scheduled and antibiotic medicines require a valid prescription. Bring your doctor's note for refills.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy medicine without a prescription?
Over-the-counter items (vitamins, basic pain relief, etc.) are available without prescription. Antibiotics and controlled drugs require a valid prescription.
Do you deliver medicines to IPD wards?
Yes. Ward nurses place orders and medicines are delivered to the bedside. Emergency medications are dispensed immediately.
Can I bring my own medicines during admission?
Inform your nurse on admission. Outside medicines are stored securely and used only with doctor approval to avoid interactions.
Is home delivery available?
Home delivery is available for chronic medication refills within Dhaka city. Call the pharmacy desk or order via the patient portal.
