4:00 PM – 7:00 PM daily
Maximum 2 visitors per patient
ICU / CCU
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
One attendant pass required
Maternity Ward
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
One attendant may stay overnight with approval
Pediatrics
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Free visitor parking in the basement. Valet service available at the main entrance 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Attendant Lounge
Ground floor lounge with seating, charging points, and access to the cafeteria for long-stay attendants.
Wi-Fi & Facilities
Free hospital Wi-Fi in waiting areas. Prayer room and restrooms on every floor.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an attendant pass for ICU?
Apply at the ICU reception with the patient's name and your National ID. One pass is issued per patient for a designated attendant.
Can I stay overnight with a patient?
Overnight stays are allowed in maternity and private cabins. General wards provide attendant seating but not sleeping facilities.
Are children allowed to visit?
Children may visit general wards during visiting hours. They are not permitted in ICU, CCU, or isolation areas.
Where do visitors wait during surgery?
The surgical waiting lounge is on the 3rd floor. Updates are provided by the nursing staff at regular intervals.
